1st Day : Raining n BORED
Report at YMCA Headquaters by 9am for registration n bla bla bla
Off to Changi Coasta Adventure Camp.
Den Ice breaking games, get to noe yr campmate.
Plans was to start on Outdoor high element. To Train n also prepare ourselves for beneficiary who will be coming next day.
But due to heavy rain, we juz played games n more games till nite. BORING.
Cant do anyting. Its nature.
2nd Day : Arrival of beneficiary n Water activity
Beneficiary from 4 organisation came today.
I handle beneficiary from MINDS
Interact wif them n start of activity
Total of 5 grp.
3 grp went for Water activity n 2 grp high element
Water activity will be Boat Drafting n Dragon Boat.
Damn Fun.
Den had nite walk at east coast wif few activity
Reach back to camp n help the beneficiary to wash up.
We have to make the beneficiary sleep 1st den we ned to attend for briefing.
Hate briefing. Drag till late nite.
Report of Rashes is increasing in the camp.
Den got to Noe dat, 3 bunks ar infected wif bedbugs.
One of my fren, tom, who a grp leader for other grp were send to clinic coz of rashes n swollen face.
The rest of his grp n beneficiary infected wif bedbugs bite every part to their body.
Luckly my bunk is CLEAN of bedbugs bt nt for mosquitos.
3rd Day : Declared End of Camp
Aft Breakfast, we were informed dat tey wanna end the camp n bla bla bla
Due to bedbugs issue n alot got infected.
Dun wanna risk anymore danger to the volunteers n mostly the beneficiary.
All Outdoor activity cancel n replace to make gift exchange to beneficiary. Like a memorable tingy
So we had tis mask n ned to design it by painting
Aft den, me n few of grp mate start sabo-ing people by paint at their face.
Got smash wif a plate full of paint at my face. Argh.
Mouth, Nose n hair got paint. Taste n smell damn weird. My hair turn to Blue colour. haha.
Aft tat, our grp leader got all fucked up n ask us to clean the area as a punishment wheres people were enjoying their lunch. Damn.
Aft lunch, stupid cheer-cheer competition.
Aft tat, pack up n head to early dinner. BUFFET ALL U CAN EAT. YES AR.
The beneficiary make their way hm n we have to do area cleaning.
Leave the camp site at 10plus.
Im damn lazy to go back hm n juz crash at Tom`s place wif Khai n Shaun.
Reach his crib, Help him find any bedbugs at his beg, AWAY FROM his house.
N we Spot ALOT OF IT n he juz throw it away.
Went to Simpang to have "Supper" n sleep at his place.
Damn, i cant sleep well coz its like having a SNORING COMPETITION cumin from everyside of me. Nabei. haha
Woke up at noon n while i was getting ready to have "Breakfast" wif the guys, a bedbug was crawling at my hand n khai found 1 on the floor. NABEI.
It start to itch wen i was having my meal.
Reach hm, i juz dump my beg at the life corridor n empty my bag.
All the clothes i juz dump inside the bathtube n soak wif warm water. Bags n Shoe being sprayed wif BAGONS.
Aft i rinse the clothes, Check the water n spotted 2 bugs. haiz.
Soak my bags n spotted 1 bug.
Dun Noe abt my sleeping bag n Shoe
Damn the Changi Coast Adventure Camp!!.
My back shoulder has RED SPOT.
Spoilt the camp mood. NO CAMPFIRE. haiz.
Tis Year is the worst Camp ever.
Next Year volunteer as Logistic
